Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, providing a quiet retreat. However, there was a small issue with the room payment process. The service was exceptional, offering superb bedding and quick assistance. The location was convenient, being within walking distance to great dining options and key attractions. The dining experience had mixed results, but the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were super comfortable but had a musty smell coming from the bathroom. The service was amazingly friendly and helpful, although there were issues with billing accuracy and parking charges. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to all of downtown Salt Lake City. The dining options were limited, but the hotel's facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
The hotel room was smaller than expected based on the online images, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. The rooms were very large with huge, tall windows and well-appointed, feeling almost like their version of a Presidential suite.
